AMS SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

1. NO PURCHASE OR ONLINE ENTRY NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID IN TEXAS AND WHERE PROHIBITED. MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND HAVE VALID U.S. DRIVER'S LICENSE AS OF THE DATE OF ENTRY TO ENTER. Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (EST) on 9/26/04 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on 10/19/05.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is offered only in the United States (except Texas) and the District of Columbia ("U.S."), and is open to legal residents of the U.S., 18 years of age or older. Employees (and the immediate families [spouses and parents, siblings and children and their spouses] and members of the same household of such employees) of American Mortgage Specialists, Inc. ("Sponsor"), its divisions, affiliates, dealers, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter.
3. HOW TO ENTER: 1) ONLINE - Complete the online entry form available at www.amsaz.com (the "Website") and submit as directed prior to 11:59 pm EST on 10/19/05, and 2) MAIL - Complete an Official Entry Form, available in select mailings from either American Mortgage Specialists, Inc., and mail to the address listed on the entry form. Approximately 100,000 entry forms will be distributed however the actual odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 10/19/05 and received by 10/25/05. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON AND PER EMAIL ADDRESS, REGARDLESS OF THE METHOD OF ENTRY. Multiple entries from the same person or email address or entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means are void. In the event of a dispute, internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or corrupted are void and will not be accepted. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. No mechanical or other reproductions permitted.
4. PRIZES /APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV): One Grand Prize - TRIP FOR 2 TO THE HILTON HAWAIIAN VILLAGE ON WAIKIKI, HONOLULU, HI. (ARV $10,000); Ten First Prizes - $250 Gift Certificate to a Home Improvement Store in your area (ARV $250). Total ARV of all Prizes: $12,500. Winners are responsible for all taxes (federal, state and local) and any other expenses not listed related to acceptance and use of prize. All prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received.
5. WINNER SELECTION AND VERIFICATION: Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about 10/26/05 by Administrator from among all eligible entries received. Administrator's decisions are final. All winners will be notified by mail on or around 11/02/05 and Grand and First Prize winners will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release form within seven days of receipt or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate. TN residents need not sign the Publicity Release. If Grand, First and Second Prize winner is under the age of majority in their state of residence (a "minor"), prize will be awarded in the name of the minor's parent or legal guardian. Winners may not transfer, exchange or redeem any prize for cash; however Sponsor may substitute a prize of comparable or greater value. If a prize is refused, a prize notification is returned or deemed undeliverable, or a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, an alternate winner will be selected.
6. DISCLAIMERS & LIABILITY: Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials or any human errors or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission or processing of, or failure of Sponsor or agents to receive entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or any combination thereof. Sponsor and agents also are not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant's or any other's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes, or for entries or mail that are late, lost, misdirected, illegible, damaged or postage-due. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes in its entirety, or any portion thereof if its integrity or proper operation is undermined, if it becomes technically corrupted or because of any illegal or non-authorized intervention. In that event, Sponsor will select winner from all eligible entries received prior to such modification or cancellation and will post notification of such action on www.amsaz.com. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO COOPERATE IN THE PROSECUTION OF ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL(S) TO PURSUE ALL REMEDIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decision of the Sponsor and Administrator. Noncompliance with the Official Rules will result in disqualification and the forfeiture of any prize.
